Free food is provided by the Wheatland Street Fair Foundation and NNO. There are no spaces for outside food vendors at National Night Out. Every field is required.

Terms & Conditions
- 1. Setup and break down
- All vendors must be set up, vehicles removed from the area before 5:30 PM, and ready to sell by 5:30 PM the day of the event. Vendors may begin setting up no earlier than 5:00 PM the day of the event. Breakdown can start no sooner than 8:00 PM and must be completed by 8:30 PM. No vendor is to close without prior authorization before the official closing time. Vendors are responsible for their selling spaces. Before leaving, ensure your area is clean and trash free.
- 2. Staffing
- Vendor tables and booths must be manned at all times and intact until the show closes at 8:00 PM. Wheatland Street Fair is not responsible for merchandise or display materials.
- 3. Vendor items
- Only items listed on this application and approved for sale will be allowed at the Wheatland Street Fair. Wheatland Street Fair Foundation reserves the right to refuse items or remove items that are considered inappropriate for the event, or that were not listed and approved. Vendor displays may not encroach into the aisles or another vendor's space, nor may they be exceptionally tall.
- 4. Vendor responsibility
- Vendors will be responsible for any loss or damage of their property by theft, fire, or casualty. Wheatland Street Fair Foundation expressly disclaims any responsibility for the same. Vendors shall be responsible for any damage which may be incurred to the facilities as a result of or in connection with its operation. Each vendor is responsible for the conduct of their employees and representatives, and activities must not detract from the image or welfare of the fair. Each vendor will provide their own table and light source with power (quiet generators only). Vendors will be responsible for their own business licenses and food permits.
- 5. Vendor spaces
- Vendor spaces will be assigned. Placement, flow, and competition will be taken into consideration to provide the best experience for event attendees. If you have special space needs, include your request with your application and we will make every effort to accommodate you. Spaces are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Vendors must ensure that none of their displays extends beyond their space.
- 6. One business per space
- Only one business per space. Space may not be sublet or shared without prior approval of an authorized staff member of Wheatland Street Fair.
- 7. Acceptance
- Wheatland Street Fair reserves the right to decline any application for space if it deems such action to be in the best interest of the event.
- 8. Music and amplified sound
- No vendor shall produce any amplified sound without the express approval of Wheatland Street Fair or their designee. This includes Bluetooth speakers.
- 9. Equipment
- Each vendor is responsible for providing their own equipment including shade tents, tables, chairs and any other necessary items. Wheatland Street Fair requires that all tent legs be weighted and secured.
- 10. Cleanup
- Vendors are responsible for cleaning up their spaces. Any unclean space or debris left in a space will disqualify that vendor from all future Christmas Street Fairs.
- 11. Indemnification
- Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wheatland Street Fair, its staff, and volunteers from and against any loss, expense, claims, damages, causes of action, injuries, suits or damages to person or property, including attorney's fees, arising out of or related to the operation of the Wheatland Street Fair event.
